WASTE ACCUMULATOR INTERIM STORAGE
Chimirec Avrasya accepts waste accumulators under its current protocol with TÜMAKÜDER (All Battery Importers and Manufacturers Association) and the "Waste Accumulator Interim Storage Permit" issued by the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanism and Climate Change.
How the process works
- The waste producer packages the accumulators according to the standards.
- Our hazardous-waste-licensed vehicles collect the accumulators; barcode-based traceability is maintained throughout transport.
- On arrival, accumulators are weighed and logged into our automation system with batch-level documentation.
- Accumulators are kept in regulation-compliant, segregated interim storage cells.
- At regular intervals, batches are shipped to licensed downstream recyclers where lead and plastic fractions are recovered.
